Our Story
Our founder, Chase Sterling, began leading a quarterly educational event series in 2019. When the global pandemic struck, Chase wanted to do more to support the community. She reached out to other workplace health and wellbeing professionals to join her in creating more impactful educational events. This volunteer team came together in 2020 to define the mission, vision and core values of Wellbeing Think Tank. Over the years, we’ve expanded our offerings into a monthly event series that now reaches thousands of individuals each year who are committed to creating workplace environments where everyone can thrive.

We're committed to crafting educational events that inspire workplaces to take action in creating environments where everyone can thrive. We recognize that a variety of factors influence personal wellness and organizational success, and to achieve wellbeing, “all you need to do is everything”. Our programming explores a range of topics impacting workplace health, wellbeing, productivity, and engagement - all essential to an organization’s success.
Through our events and curated resources, we amplify the efforts of professionals and organizations dedicated to enhancing workplace wellbeing. By collaborating with passionate experts across disciplines, we promote evidence-based practices that elevate wellbeing at both individual and organizational levels.
