Community Over Competition

Wellbeing Think Tank is a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to educate and empower employers to foster both individual and organizational wellbeing, creating environments where everyone can thrive. At Wellbeing Think Tank (WTT), we believe in community over competition and are excited to collaborate with organizations that share our vision for advancing workplace wellbeing. Our collaborators bring valuable expertise, insights, and resources that help enhance our programming and expand access to impactful tools for organizations committed to employee wellbeing.

What It Means to Be a Collaborator

As a Collaborator, you’ll join a network of like-minded professionals and organizations committed to sharing knowledge, amplifying meaningful conversations, and supporting workplaces in creating cultures of wellbeing. This opportunity is non-financial - our focus is on mutual support and resource-sharing to strengthen the workplace health & wellbeing industry as a whole.

Who Qualifies to Be a Collaborator

We welcome collaborations with organizations who align with our mission and values, including:

  • Nonprofit organizations focused on health, wellbeing, workplace culture, mental health, DEIB, or related fields.

  • Educational institutions and research centers that contribute evidence-based insights and resources.

  • Professional associations and membership organizations that support workplace wellbeing professionals.

  • Government agencies or initiatives focused on public health, workplace safety, or employee wellness.

  • Industry alliances and networks dedicated to advancing employee health and wellbeing.

Researchers, educators and other individuals who would like to contribute outside of an organizational partnership can do so as a Subject Matter Expert Advisor or Community Volunteer. Learn more here and contact us with any questions.

While our Collaborator program is designed for nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and mission-aligned initiatives, we also welcome for-profit organizations to contribute to workplace wellbeing through our Partnership and Supporter Opportunities. Contact us for more information.

What We Expect from Collaborators

To create a successful and mutually beneficial collaboration, we ask that our Collaborators:

  • Promote WTT events and resources to their networks through newsletters, social media, websites, or other communication channels.

  • Share relevant insights or resources (e.g., blog posts, research, case studies) that align with WTT’s mission and can benefit our audience.

  • Support knowledge exchange by participating in WTT events, discussions, or educational initiatives when appropriate.

  • Some collaborators may provide in-kind support, such as offering continuing education credits for our events through their organizations.

What Collaborators Receive in Return

WTT is committed to amplifying the work of our Collaborators and supporting them in the same ways. As a Collaborator, you can expect:

  • Cross-promotion of your events, initiatives, or resources through WTT’s newsletter, social media, and website.

  • Opportunities for visibility within WTT’s engaged community of workplace wellbeing professionals.

  • Potential speaking, panel, or content-sharing opportunities at WTT events when alignment allows.

  • Recognition as a Collaborator on our website and in relevant materials and communications.

  • Two complimentary registrations to our annual Summit and a custom discount code to share with your community.

Alignment with WTT’s Mission

We prioritize evidence-based, inclusive, and action-oriented approaches to workplace wellbeing. Collaborators should align with these values and adhere to our non-commercialization policy, ensuring that shared content focuses on education and community impact rather than sales or promotions.

Additional Visibility Opportunities

There is no expectation for Collaborator Organizations to serve in a volunteer capacity, however these roles are prominently displayed on our website and individuals receive recognition in our annual report and on social media. Learn more here.
